Some design companies advertise a very low one-off fee for design services but are only willing to perform one draft for you (i.e. they will not alter their first draft unless you pay extra). In contrast to this, we know that you may often want to make changes and improvements to a design before you are completely satisfied, therefore any work we do is considered to be “in progress” until the final payment has been made. In other words, you are able to request free alterations to designs at any time during the project.
